  • Redemption Policy

  • Users may redeem Phali Coins for:

    • 20g Silver Phali Coin for 20,00,000 Phali Coins

  • Maximum redemption: 15,00,00,000 Phali Coins per user.

  • Redemption is subject to successful submission and verification of the Claim Form and supporting documents(e.g., address proof, government issued ID Proofs).

  • Coin Expiry

  • All Phali Coins expire 10 years from the date of issuance.

  • Expired coins are automatically void and cannot be redeemed or reinstated.

  • Reward Delivery

  • Physical rewards are shipped only within India upon successful verification.

  • Users must submit:

    • Accurate delivery address

    • Email and phone number

    • Government Issued ID Proofs

  • Delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days from approval.

Phali Coin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or third-party courier issues.

  • User Responsibilities

By submitting any form on this website, the user agrees that:
